Synchro Workgroup Project Synchro   Workgroup   Project   allows   a   shared   understanding   of   the   planning   project.   Synchro Workgroup   Project   is   an   IP-based   server,   which   ensures   rapid   communication   of   changes   in information for each user connected to the single project model. This    capability    allows    a    common    central    as    a    repository    of    schedules    and    schedules    to alleviate communication and coordination. Synchro Workgroup Project is the bridge between project participants. Changes   made   to   a   workstation   -   both   for   Synchro   PRO   or   Workgroup   -   are   transmitted,   synchronized   with   the central   model,   and   immediately   updated   point-to-point   for   all   other   connected   users   and   participants,   constantly keeping   everyone   up   to   date.   Collaboration   through   Synchro   provides   the   opportunity   to   distribute   responsibility   for planning   and   scheduling,   maintaining   complete   audit   records   for   analysis   of   all   user   input   activity,   leaving   the information in the project model under control. Views Synchro   Workgroup   Project   provides   information   visualization   for   media   management   in   SuiteSynchro   applications, including:      • Connection status of users;      • Shows current connections of connected users in a project;      • Transaction history;      • Server Logs of specific events and activities of a project;      • Integration of logs with Windows EventLog for centralized error reporting.   Implantation     Synchro    Workgroup    Project    is    deployed    using    an    application    installer    with    a    Windows    service    to    minimize administration demands.
